Hi everyone,

I have just joined to you, as I have just started to use the HairMax device. Actually, I have registered with one of hair treatment clinics in the UK and they have provided me the HairMax LaserComb. It is not a cordless one, as you have shown on your website, but it does have an adaptor and cable. They have claimed that they have bought it from the main supplier while I don't see any one similar to that on your website.

How can I make sure that the device I have been provided is original and will work properly?

Thanks

hi bstiger -

Thank you for your post -

Last month we introduced the cordless model of the HairMax. Prior to this introduction, the HairMax was indeed powered by a cord and adaptor.

We can assure you that the device you have with the cord provides the exact same energy level and hence, the same efficacy as the just introduced cordless model.

Lexington does not sell refurbished devices to authorized distributors. Refurbished devices are sold on sites such as eBay and privately. So, you can be assured that any device, cordless or non-cordless, purchased from an bona fide distributor is an original.

We wish you success in your use of the HairMax LaserComb.
