Can anyone tell me where I may purchase this product in Australia as the distributor (http://www.laserhairclinic.com.au/) for Australia on the main site seems to only sell HairPro only which has been found (on this very forum) to be a cheap ineffective device.

thanks for the reply however I got in contact with that office and they recently replied with the following.

[/i]The HairMax Laser Comb has recently been ungraded from a hair conditioning device to a medical devise. As a result we are currently going through the process of having it approved as a medical device by the TGS.
Until this process is complete we are unable to sell the product, however
you can purchase it directly from the manufacturer at www.hairmax.com.[/i]

I would still like to purchase the unit as I'm not sure how long it will take to be approved by the TGS, given whats at stake I'd rather not wait for what could be years before it can be purchased via this distributor.

I have looked at the main website and could not find out if I could pay via an international money order as I do not have a credit card, is this at all possible.

GST is payable before the goods are released. GST is payable on imported goods unless the goods are covered by an exemption. I suggest you check ACC customs broker in Adelaide. These are more likely to be charged GST of 10% on your purchase, and if is over $1,000, then GST and customs duties will apply to that importation
