Replacement charger...

Hi there

I purchased a second hand Hairmax Lasercomb from eBay some time back and the first time I used it with an American power converter, i thought I smelt a bit of smoke it would'nt charge up after the initial power light went on. I presume I have just blown the charger that came with the comb. I have the following serial number : 24292

Can you tell me if I have just blown the charger or if the comb itself could be damaged ? If so, how can I get it repaired. I am based in London, UK

Without being able to test with a new power adaptor it is impossible to tell if the LaserComb itself is damaged. We can certainly send you a new power adaptor to the UK to try. Please contact warranty@hairmax.com with your contact details and we will be able to step you through the process.
