How does the Lasercomb impact DHT levels?

Androgenetic alopecia is caused by the level of DHT binding to receptors in scalp follicles. Testosterone converts to DHT in the hairs´oil glands. DHT is what shrinks the hair follicles and causes the thinning of hair.

Lasercomb claims to undo the the miniaturization of hair follicles caused by DHT levels. How exactly does the laser affect DHT? I have yet to find a straight answer to this.

The HairMAX Laser Comb stimulates the follicles to stay in the anagen stage, so that thinning hairs are much more quickly replaced by growing ones. This helps fight male pattern baldness by shortening the build up of DHT which binds to hair follicles, cuts off blood flow and nutrients, and eventually forces the hair to fall out.
