Just got the new LASERBAND 82.
There are 3 types of instructions - which ones are correct and why?
1) A seal on top of the laserband says: "Move 1 cm after every 4 seconds"
The instructions book says: use 3 positions only (no movement by 1 cm)
2) 4-SECOND TREATMENT METHOD: Move device every 4 seconds (whole head covered in 12 seconds). Repeat 6 times (total of 72 seconds)
3) 30-SECOND TREATMENT METHOD: Move device every 30 seconds (whole head covered in 90 seconds).
The 30 second method seems most convenient as you will have to keep your hands up constantly for the 4 second method.
* My first question is, is any of these methods more effective (and if so, why) & what about the seal instructions which say "Move 1 cm after every 4 seconds"?
* My second question is, would repeating the treatment twice (instead of one session) help (better chance that areas which didn't get exposed first time, will now) or does this result in overstimulation of follicles, which means it has rather a negative effect?
