  • New fine hair definitely coming in but it is fine.

I have been using the lastercomb as directed for approx. 3 months. I definitly notice new hair coming in. However, it is very fine and only 1/4 of an inch. Will it get thicker over time? If all of the new hair matures and gets thicker, I will be a very happy lasercomb user . I was skeptical at first, but am becoming a believer.

My family spends a lot of time at the lake during the summer and I have to use spf on my scalp. I thought this might hamper new growth, but apparently it has not affected it (although, I guess it could have slowed the new growth without my knowledge).

    Hairmax And Hair Growth

    Hi Neal -

    Thank you for your post.

Hair on the scalp grows about 1/2 inch a month on average so it takes time to see real results. Therefore, while you are anxious to see changes, you really need to be patient and judge results after 20 weeks when the hair has has time to grow in. For now it sounds like progress! You might also want to start to use a product that thickens your hair to help enhance the results.

We also recommend that you continue to use the HairMax on your hair before you apply anthing else on your scalp. It doesn't sound like the sunscreen is a problem in achieving hair regrowth, however be sure that whatever ingredients that are contained in the product do not cause damage to your hair (like sulfates).

We wish you continued success in your use of the HairMax LaserComb.
