Will hairmax work for me? 20 yrs old

Hi, I'm only 20 years old but I've noticed that I've been losing hair for about a year and a half now. I'm starting to crown too. I would like to try the hairmax lasercomb but would like to know if it is safe to use at the young age of 20.

Also, a video on your website states that dormant hair follicles can stay dormant for a few years until they really die off. May I ask how many is a few years and if you can't say for sure, what would be that range? e.g. 3-4 years? 2-3 years? because if i still have dormant hair follicles i would like to order this product as soon as possible.
