waiting for the delivery of the device

i live in india,i ordered the device last week,i'm waiting for the device to delivered.
do i have to pay any tax when receiving the device.

Before delivery of the HairMax, you have to pay import duty and all applicable taxes. UPS collects this for the Indian Government prior to delivery of the device. I hope that this has answered your question.
