    Lightbulb Please clarify the doubts.

    hi,

    My Treatment Regime.

I also do herbal oil application in the night and wash my head with herbal shampoo and then i do the HairMax LC Session.

    Question 1

A person using hairMax for 6 months and he has got some benefits from it. But as the hair fall cycle repeats he loses some hair (not the newly grown hair by the hair Max), lets consider it is an old hair.

Would HairMax LC can regrow that hair as well ? if yes, what is the life of follicle ? If a follicle is alive and only the hair has fallen. Then regrowth on that follicle is possible is your theory.

    Question 2

I'm using HairMax LC for the past Six Months (Every Alternate day in a week). I notice my hair has turned thicker than before, but i have not see any noticable new hair in the crown area. Still do you think there are chances of the hair regrowth in the crown area.

    Default Hairmax lasercomb efficacy

    Hi Veda Aum -

Thank you for your post. I will reply to each of your questions below.

Question 1: Even when you are using the HairMax LaserComb, your hair goes through its normal cycle of growth, shedding, rest, regrowth. Your follicles are alive at this point, but merely cycling and/or resting. Continual use of the HairMax will help the follicles to regrow healthy hair when they return to the growth cycle. So, the answer to your question is 'yes', hair regrowth will continue to stimulate that follicle as usual, but to help create thicker more healthy hair.

Question 2: If you read the posts on this site, you will find that the HairMax not only helps to regrow hair, but also helps you keep the hair you have. Therefore, while you may not yet see regrowth in the crown, the HairMax is probably helping you keep what you have. However, as some of posts have shown, continual use of the HairMax can stimulate hair growth even up to a year later. So, the answer is that you should continue to use the HairMax 3 times a week to help keep your hair healthy, help you keep what you have, and hopefully, help to regrow hair in the crown.

We wish you continue success in your use of the HairMax LaserComb.

    Default Hairmax lasercomb efficacy

    Hi InbaaRa -

    Thank you for your post.

It appears that the HairMax LaserComb has an indirect effect on sebum production by normalizing the function of the hair follicle. We have done a very small pilot study which demonstrated that the HairMax does work in this regard, but no large scale clinical study has been conducted to prove it. However, many users of the HairMax have told us that they do feel that the device has helped to reduce dandruff occurrence and reduces sebum production after the device has been used for a while.

So, our recommendation is that the HairMax be used for treating hair loss and promoting hair growth and hope that the device also has a positive effects on reducing dandruff and sebum production.

We wish you success in your use of the HairMax LaserComb.

Default Dandruff flakes with multiple hairs when pulled

    Hi,

I have been using the comb for 6 months, great results.

However recently like a month ago, in the morning i noticed there was flakes around the area U use the comb, when i pulled the flake out there was like mutiple hair that came out with the flake. This has been going on for around a month, I can see new hairs that come out with the flake. New hair still are growing but when I seem to be getting these dandruff flakes and a few hairs come out with these. So like today when I saw a flake I gently took it away and there was like 6 hairs that came with the flake. I have a good clean diet, lots of fruits, water - not much processed food, lots of exercise and sleep. I just feel like the benifits are going with the dandruff to an extent...

    I would appreciate any advice,

    A somewhat satified customer

    Default Hairmax efficacy

    Hi advice -

Thanks for the post. We are glad the HairMax is working for you.

You dandruff has nothing to do with the HairMax. Rather, it is simply a new condition on your scalp.

Our best advice is NOT to pick off the flakes, but to buy a good anti-dandruff shampoo such a Head and Shoulders in place of your normal shampoo. This should help to effectively treat the condition, and I again emphasize that you should not try to physically remove them.

We wish you continued success in your use of the HairMax LaserComb.

    Default Hairmax and dandruff

    Hi Sebastian 28

    Thank you for your post.

The HairMax LaserComb has no DIRECT effects on the production of sebum. That said, it has been reported by many people, that when the HairMax is used it helps restore hair health and that in some cases, people see normalization of excess sebum production. However, no clinical studies have proven this, it is only anecdotal reports.
