    Default concerns, just started

hello, i've been using the HM laser comb advance 7 for the last 3 weeks, and my head has been very, very itchy. looks like i see small little bumps on my head. maybe due to scratching it real hard. is this normal, and what should i do? i don't want to spot using this… but im afraid my head might not be able to handle this comb.

i did the sensitivity test on my skin, and also my neck and they were fine. please answer… =/

    Default Hairmax lasercomb efficacy

    Hi khm -

    Thank you for your post.

When your scalp starts to itch when you begin treatment with the HairMax, it can be caused by 2 things. The first is that the HairMax stimulates blood flow to the follicles and this can result in temporary itching, and second may be that the HairMax may be stimulating the secretion of oil from the follicle, so you might want to use an anti-dandruff shampoo such as Head and Shoulders. The bumps you see may be caused by your irritating your scalp from scratching them, or it could be the beginning of the HairMax beginning to stimulate hair growth.

I would suggest that you get the itching under control first as mentioned above, then wait for the HairMax to begin exerting its effect. The fact that you tested for sensitivity and found none, means that it is OK to continue treatment, but control the itch while using the HairMax.

We wish you success in your treatment with the HairMax LaserComb.
