Hello dear,
I have bought hairmax professional 12 from Amazon

Now that I have received it I realized that on the package it has been written "90% hair growth" but as I checked the official website it should be "93% hair growth" so it made me worried that the product sold in Amazon may not be genuine while I have spent a lot of money on it. I was wondering you can tell be this mismatch is because e.g. they are distributing the previous versions or it is a fake product. you may refer to the attachment. Thanks.

You have purchased an authentic HairMax LaserComb. When the packaging was made for the device that you bought, the clinical studies up to that point showed that 90% of subjects regrew hair. Since then, we have analysed 4 more studies and found that in these studies, 93% demonstrated hair growth. So, there is not much difference and we will eventually be updating the packaging.
