Will it work on my skin type?

Greetings!

I am planning on getting the HairMax comb to help with my thinning hair, around the crown area.

I understand it may be more effective on white skin?

I am really not sure if my skin type would pose a problem. My genealogy would be from the Northern Part of India.

My skin also typically doesn't really get sun-burnt, sure I get a shade or two darker when out in the sun for a few hours but that's it.
